Step1. Check other tickets by order number in Zendesk.
Step2. Check old tickets to understand the complete query.
Step3. Check the message in ticket
Step4. Click on Link provided < Return actions link>
the link will redirect to eBay portal, where we can check customer order number, Return reason, Item details etc.
Step5. If according to us the return reason is correct, we can accept the return.
Step6. We need to confirm return address
Step7. If eBay provided the return label to customer, We can add that in customer's order in Magento, also need to check the status of tracking (whether customer use that label or not)
Step8. Update the notes in Magento for the return tracking in Magento as well in Ticket in Internal notes.
Step9. Submit as Pending in order to check the status of return tracking
