Inquiry on Ebay orders:-
Step1. Check other tickets by order number in Zendesk.
Step2. Check old tickets to understand the complete query.
Step3. Check the message in ticket
Step4. Reply to customer according to message he sent, after research part.
Step5. If need to send a product information through link please share the Ebay link not website link
Step6. If required please share the tracking number not fedex link
Step7. In case we need to share Return label to customer, please share it in Image format like PNG or JPG, JPEG.
Step8. Select the status of Ticket on the basis of reply , if we are waiting for customer reply than we can Submit as pending, escalation timer: 24 hours else we can Submit as Solve
