The customer attempted to place an order; however, before proceeding to checkout or payment, the session expired.
Step1: We need to check if we have any other ticket by customer email address in Zendesk.
Step2. If we found multiple tickets by customer email, we need to merge them.
Step3. We need to check whether customer placed an order or not, we can check the same either by Email address or Customer name or Company name etc.
Step4. If we found any recent order with same item, quantity, order value.
Step5. Need to mention Order number with your name in Internal notes.
Step6. Solve the ticket.
Else
If we didn't find any order number by customer details, follow the below steps after Step3
Step4. If no order is found in Magento, we need to send an email to customer.
Step5. Send an email to customer
