Product inquiry:
Reply according to amazon product from amazon portal
Order status:
Customer can ask about the order status, need to reply according to order status in magento
Check the order in magento
Check the tracking, by clicking on that, whether its in transit and check the EDT(Estimated delivery time)
Order received damaged:
If customer says that he received damaged product
Need to ask for pictures (use the macro: "Post Delivery Issues :: Missing Damaged Product" )

Any query for the order which is fulfilled by amazon,
Step1: Use macro "Amazon :: Amazon FBA order response"
Step 2: If customer comes in and asking for warranty, after checking the his order history we can help him.
Common steps to follow
Step 3: We need to put our own tag along with amazon tag ( don't apply signature).
step4: Update the query of customer and reply in magento order
Step 5: Submit as pending, escalation timer: 24 hours
