Means amazon customer wants to return his order.
Step 1: Check the order status in magento
Step 2: Whether the order is delivered or not
Step 3: Need to check the item and quantity, which customer want to return
step 4: Check the reason of return
Step 5: Check whether customer got the return tracking or not (UPS tracking starts with 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXX)
Step6: Copy the content from
Order id till Authorization,
Return reason,
Customer comments,
Return Shipping Carrier and
Tracking ID
Paste all above information in magento order page
Step7: Check the status of Return tracking provided by UPS, (whether its used or not, or on the way)
Step 8: If the tracking is On the way, just mention in internal notes. about tracking and mention the Screen shot of the tracking. Mention your name (Agent's name ), same mention in magento order page as well.
Step 9: submit as solve.
OR
Step 8: If the tracking is not used, Need to send an email to customer according to return reason (Need to use the Macro from 6. Amazon :: Return Authorization response, (depend on scenario or return request)
Step 9: To send an email , we need to click on ( click Here from 2. Contact the Customer for additional Information)
Step 10. Update the same in Magento
